Join us and learn how to make an authentic Indian curry with Niraj Bhatt, our supplier of Indian cooking kits. Niraj will demonstrate how easy it is to make your own homemade Indian dish using his spice kit. There will also be a chance to sample other delicious Indian products to accompany any Indian dish.
Niraj's father, Pravin, loved to cook curries in the family home and, using fresh ingredients, he would cook many different dishes. Word soon got around and friends and family enjoyed visiting to try out his delicious food. When he passed away, his wife continued cooking his dishes and that is when the idea of 'Previns' was born.
After the demonstration you will have the chance to shop in the estate farm shop and then head over to the café to enjoy a two course Indian meal. Please ensure you shop before your meal as the shop will close shortly after the demonstration.
