£135 includes lunch and admission to the garden on the day

This one day workshop will give you the confidence to get the most out of your camera; you will learn tips and techniques from professional photographer Simon Broadhead who has enjoyed a 30 year career in the wonderful world of photography. From depth of field and aperture to shutter speed and ISO, this workshop will teach you techniques and tips of the trade.

Whether you are totally new to digital photography or a more experienced amateur the relaxed friendly approach of the workshop will help to build your knowledge, confidence and picture taking skills.


9.00am: Greeted at North gate by Simon Broadhead & Bookings Team

9:15am: Welcome drinks and introduction in the Stickyard

9.30am: Theory session

10.30am: Practical sessions in the garden

12:30pm: Lunch in the Stickyard with open feedback session and opportunity to ask more questions.

1.30pm: Practical Session in the Garden.

3.30pm: Download and evaluate pictures from the day on screen

4.30pm: Finish
