Planning your group's visit

We do our best to keep our group admission prices competitive and work with you to plan what you want to see on your visit. Download our Group Pack 2016 here.

Not only do we offer preferential admission rates to groups, but we can also arrange group dining and exclusive guided tours. All groups must book at least 2 weeks in advance to receive group rates. Those that do book in advance also receive other advantages including:

  • Preferential rates for pre-booked groups of 15 or more
  • Dedicated group booking office and a personal welcome by a member of our Visitor Welcome Team at our dedicated coach reception
  • All pre-booked coach parking is free when visiting the house and garden. It is £15 per coach if you visit on a grounds only basis, excluding the Christmas markets
  • Complimentary house and garden tickets for both driver and courier*
  • Coach drivers also receive meal vouchers* 
  • Full access to the main visitor route in the house for visitors using wheelchairs, via the lift and improved access arrangements

* Only applicable when there are 15 or more people pre-booked to visit the house and garden

Book your group visit

All groups must book at least 2 weeks in advance. To book your group visit, fill out the group booking form (pdf 296kb) and email it to or post it to Bookings team, Chatsworth, Bakewell, DE45 1PP.
