Gymnasium

Chatsworth Gymnasium is situated behind the Estate Office at Edensor and offers an excellent range of facilities along with use of the 15 x 8m swimming pool and tennis court. The gymnasium facilities include Life Fitness treadmills, recumbent & upright bikes, cross trainers, stepper, concept 2 rowers along with a wide range of weight machines, free weights, resistance bands, fit balls, medicine balls, BOSU's and barbells. A gym instructor is constantly in the gym for help and advice should you need it.

Anyone wishing to use the gymnasium will need to complete a health questionnaire and have their blood pressure checked before they can go ahead with their workout. It would be appreciated if you could contact the gymnasium prior to your visit to organise your health screen.

Correct clothing must be worn in the gym: trainers, shorts or tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt or sweatshirt.

Please make sure you bring your own towels for use in the swimming pool and your own tennis rackets and tennis balls should you wish to play tennis.

As there is only one tennis court we advise you to phone and pre book to ensure it is available at the time you wish to play.
