New Event Director for Chatsworth International Horse Trials

Chatsworth House Trust has announced the appointment of Tissie Reason as the new Director of the Chatsworth International Horse Trials. 


She will assume control of the event with immediate effect in preparation for the 2010 Horse Trials taking place in the beautiful setting of Chatsworth Park on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 May.


An accomplished horsewoman herself, Tissie Reason competed up to Advanced level and is very familiar with both the Chatsworth Estate and its Horse Trials having been an event organiser and entries secretary for more than 30 years.
Her involvement with other equestrian events across the country will continue through her existing Woolaton Management company.


Tissie Reason said: "I am delighted to accept this appointment at one of the most prestigious horse trials in the Eventing calendar.  I am looking forward to the challenges it will bring and the opportunities to develop and build on the solid foundations established by Mike & Sue Etherington-Smith".
