Chatsworth's Cascade is the best in England

We are delighted that the famous 300 year old Cascade at Chatsworth, always popular with our visitors, has been voted England's best water feature. In a poll of 45 garden experts, organised by Country Life magazine, the Cascade came top, and another Chatsworth water feature, 'Revelation' by Angela Conner, which was installed in 1999, came 10th.

The Cascade is the most spectacular of the gravity-fed waterworks at Chatsworth, all of which play every day of the visitor season, subject to rainfall. For further details on the garden, click here.
