BBC Food Programme

We were delighted to host Sheila Dillon and Ivan Day, for their fascinating programme about the superb surviving collection of historic kitchen equipment at Chatsworth, broadcast on Radio 4 on 5th and 6th of November. The collection is stored at Chatsworth, and some of the 19th century working rooms in the house can be seen on a pre-booked 'Behind the Scenes' tour, including the magnificent Victorian kitchen, which is currently used by our house craftsmen as a joiners workshop. Dates for 2008 have not yet been confirmed, but details will be posted on this website by mid-December 2007.
