Foodies are in for a treat at Chatsworth Country Fair this year with many of the country's top chefs sharing their secrets, launching new products and signing their latest books.

Visitors can take inspiration from demonstrations by top chefs in the Aga Rangemaster Cookery Theatre including TV favourites James Martin, Lesley Waters, Alan Coxon and Rachel Green, all cooking with wonderful seasonal produce from across the Midlands. There will be a full programme of demonstrations running over all three days of the fair from 11am to 5pm each day.

One of the most popular draws is sure to be Yorkshireman James Martin. Currently on screen as presenter of BBC1's hugely successful Saturday Kitchen, one of the most popular weekend shows with a phenomenal 32-35% audience share, James also runs his own restaurant The Leeds Kitchen, offering the best of British food with a twist. James will be on stage throughout Sunday, and will be signing copies of his new book.

Another familiar face is Lesley Waters, well known for her regular television appearances on Ready Steady Cook, Great Food Live, and This Morning. She likes to cook seasonal food whenever possible and her simple, modern style creates dishes that are easy to recreate with stunning results. Lesley will be at the fair on Friday, and also has a new book out.

Always a favourite in the demo tent at Chatsworth, Alan Coxon "The Food Archaeologist" has established a reputation as one of the world's favourite TV chefs and presenters with exceptional knowledge of the earliest origins of ingredients. As Chatsworth Country Fair is a special place for Derbyshire born Alan, he has chosen to launch his new product at the fair in the form of a "cold pressed extra virgin Macadamia nut oil". Alan will be at the fair on Friday and Saturday.

Lincolnshire born Rachel Green is another stalwart of the fair and author of the Chatsworth Cookery Book, from which she will be demonstrating some of her favourite recipes. From 14 generations of farmers, she is passionate about cooking with local and seasonal produce.  Rachel will be at the fair on Saturday.

Many of the chefs from the top restaurants in the area will be joining the line up including Simon Bradley, East Lodge Hotel; Max Fischer, from Michelin starred Fischers, Baslow Hall; Rupert Rowley, Rowleys; David Humphries, Masa and Mrs Somsrimee, Simply Thai.

Chatsworth's own Steve Smith will also be on stage on Saturday. Steve joined the Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel, Bolton Abbey in April 2008 and very quickly regained the coveted Michelin Star for the Burlington Restaurant.

Outside the Cookery Theatre lies yet more foodie delights as the Fine Food Village, now in its fifth year at the fair, goes from strength to strength becoming a show in its own right. Packed with small independent producers showing off the best of their wares, this is a wonderful opportunity to sample and take home high quality food and drink.

Spread over several acres of beautiful parkland on the banks of the River Derwent, England's biggest Country Fair has something for everyone - there are more than 300 trade stands; rural crafts; an old time fairground full of traditional rides that are always popular with children; Highland dancing; vintage vehicle displays and dozens of hot air balloons.

Gates open at 9am each day with a closing ceremony at 6.30pm. Book tickets online and save 10 percent. Gate prices are £20 for adults; children under 14 get in free.

Chatsworth house and garden are open throughout (normal admission applies). The farmyard & adventure playground are closed during the Fair. www.chatsworth.org
