The four gift shops sell beautiful and exclusive gifts, and highlight different aspects of the estate, from the art collection to rural life in the Peak District, and the changing seasons from Easter to Christmas.

The Carriage House restaurant and The Cavendish Rooms, which together seat more than 400 people in the beautiful 18th century stable block, serve a wide variety of seasonal home made food and drink, from soups and sandwiches to salads and a superb range of hot food.

Food to go is also available from the café in the farmyard and from kiosks in the garden and park.

The estate farm shop and restaurant in Pilsley, less than two miles from the house, offers delicious locally sourced and home baked produce.
