Our aim is to make very group visit a memorable visit. We look forward to welcoming you for a free preliminary visit, and helping us to plan and book your day with us. We have a dedicated group bookings office with friendly and knowledgeable booking coordinators ready to take your call - 01246 565300. We ask all group visitors (a group is fifteen adults or more) to book in advance to benefit from our pre-booked group admission rates.
The estate's attractions are open all day, and you are welcome to arrive at any time. We do invite groups to reserve a time slot for entry to the house (this is only essential at certain more popular times of year). Please ensure that you call us to check the availability of tours and guides, and time slots were necessary, before completing and returning the booking form. Time slots are designed to create better viewing conditions for visitors to the house at popular times. Where relevant, we ask that you adhere to the time slot allocated to your group for house entry. Thank you.
On arrival, your coach will be met by a member of staff who will welcome your group and arrange payment and tickets. Payment is accepted by cash, cheques (made payable to Chatsworth House Trust) and all major credit cards. It is possible for coach and tour operators to be invoiced after the visit; however this must be agreed in writing with our bookings office.
