The Devonshire Arms at Beeley

Salmon from the Devonshire Arms at Beeley

The Devonshire Arms at Beeley - a dining pub with rooms on the Chatsworth Estate.

Beeley is one of those picturesque country villages that visitors to the English countryside love to discover. Built mostly from local honey coloured sandstone it includes a traditional village inn - The Devonshire Arms. Converted in 1747 to a coaching inn from three cottages the Devonshire Arms boasts some celebrated patrons including King Edward VII and Charles Dickens who both stayed there.

The Devonshire Arm's four bedrooms are equipped and designed for the 21st century guest with every comfort in mind. It's an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of the Peak District.
