Categories of Friends membership

We offer four categories of membership, Gold, House and Garden, Outdoor and Childminder outdoor. With each of these, you can choose how many adults and children, living at the same address (or un-named children if you are a childminder), you wish to have on your card. It is also possible to add one further un-named adult entitlement to any of the memberships. In 2008, Chatsworth house, garden and farmyard are open every day from 12 March to 23 December. Please note, that only Gold Friends membership includes free parking, at both the house and Calton Lees car parks.

Allows free admission to the house, the garden, farmyard and adventure playground and free parking at the house and Calton Lees car parks, for twelve months, from the time you join, during published opening times. One further guest entitlement may be added at a cost of £60. Please tick the appropriate boxes on the application form. You are also eligible for two free tickets for the Horse Trials and the 3 day Country Fair, and two tickets to a Friends summer garden party, and you are eligible for 10% off all of the
following: Four tickets for Behind the Scenes days, four tickets for Cookery demonstrations at the farm shop, and two Sewing School tickets, during the 12 months of your membership.

Gold friends The price for one adult is £90 or two adults at £130 with a cost of £20 per child

House & garden friends membership
Allows free admission to the house and the garden for twelve months from the time you join, during published opening times. One further guest entitlement may be added at a cost of £40. Please tick the appropriate boxes on the application form.

Garden & farmyard friends membership
Allows free admission to the garden and the farmyard and adventure playground, for twelve months from the time you join, during published opening times. One further guest entitlement may be added at a cost of £40. Please tick the appropriate boxes on the application form.

Childminder Outdoor (garden & farmyard) friends membership
Allows free admission to the garden and the farmyard and adventure playground on weekdays only, for the registered childminder, the option of another named adult, and up to 4 un-named children, for twelve months from the time you join, during published opening times. One further guest entitlement may
be added at a cost of £40. Please tick the appropriate boxes on the application form. This category is only available to registered childminders, who must send a copy of a current OFSTED registration certificate when applying

Childminder outdoor friends The price for one adult is £55 or two adults at £75 with a cost of £15 per child

Car park vouchers
For the house & Calton Lees car parks
For your convenience, it is possible to purchase 20 car park tickets in advance for £30, and these are valid for use at the main house car park or at Calton Lees. Alternatively, you may wish to purchase a 12 month car park season ticket for both car parks. Gold Friends
membership includes free parking. Please tick the appropriate box on the application form, add the total to your cheque, and your vouchers or season ticket will be sent with your membership card.
