Cookery Demonstrations

Watch our chefs create a trio of seasonal dishes with ingredients fresh from the farm shop. The demonstration will cover a starter, main course and dessert, followed by a buffet lunch or supper of the delicious meal created. You'll also enjoy coffee or wine on arrival, and have recipe sheets to take home.

Seasonal Cookery Demonstrations
Enjoy a glass of wine on arrival and watch our local chefs create a trio of seasonal dishes with ingredients fresh from the farm shop. The demonstration will cover a starter, main course and dessert, followed by a buffet supper of the delicious meal created, along with a glass of wine. You will also have recipe sheets to take home.

The demonstration will be held in the farm shop restaurant from 7.00pm to 9.00pm and is followed by exclusive shopping in the farm shop, where you have the opportunity to shop with the chef on hand to guide you with your purchases.

Themed cookery Demonstrations
Watch our local chefs using themed ingredients such as game, meat, fish or vegetarian, as they create wonderful dishes for you to taste. You will also enjoy a glass of wine and will have recipe sheets to take home.

Themed demonstrations will be held in the farm shop restaurant from 7.00pm to 9.00pm followed by exclusive shopping in the farm shop where you have the opportunity to shop with the chef or butcher on hand to guide you with your purchases.

Cocktails & Canapés
Join us here at the farm shop for two special evenings with a local chef who will demonstrate how to make a range of delightful canapés, which will be perfectly accompanied by cocktails.

At the end of the demonstration you will have the opportunity to taste all the canapés produced and also sample the cocktails, followed by exclusive shopping time in the farm shop.
