Welcome

2013 is set to be another remarkable year at Chatsworth and we are delighted to have a calendar of exciting events and exhibitions.

As well as our annual Horse Trials, Flower Festival, Country Fair and famous Christmas displays, we are hosting at least five special exhibitions. We are showing the works of William Turnbull and Emma Tennant in the first half of the season, and through the summer we are celebrating the bicentenary of Pride and Prejudice with 'A Georgian Summer'. In the autumn, the Beyond Limits sculpture exhibition returns to the garden, curated by Sotheby's; in 2013 we look forward to welcoming once more a number of contemporary artists' works. Our final exhibition of the year is applied art of today in the New Gallery entitled 'Modern Makers'. Our rolling programme of showcasing Old Master drawings will also continue through the year.
