2012 is another exciting year at Chatsworth

We're delighted that after extensive restoration work as part of the Masterplan, we will be revealing the restored exteriors of the much-loved south and west fronts of the house. Furthermore, until June you will be able to visit two remarkable exhibitions in the house and garden.

Our exhibition space, the New Gallery, will showcase an exhibition of modern British masterpieces from Frank and Cherryl Cohen's art collection, and an exhibition of sculpture by Sir Anthony Caro will be on display in the garden. From June, some treasures from our collection of Old Master drawings will be displayed for the first time at Chatsworth, with works by Rembrandt, Leonardo Da Vinci and Van Dyck.

Our events programme is ever expanding and includes floral festivals, International Horse Trials, outdoor summer concerts, the Country Fair and Christmas celebrations themed on pantomimes.

Whether you come on your own, or with friends and family, there is always something for everyone to enjoy.
