Drummer
Since the early 1980s, Barry Flanagan (born in 1941) has devoted a large part of his work to a huge range of hare sculptures, and examples can be seen in important public and private collections all over the world.

The Drummer is a powerful and dramatic work, and will take its place in the context of the sculptures in the garden at Chatsworth collected over the last 300 years by successive Dukes of Devonshire.
