Walking Madonna
In 2002, the Chatsworth House Trust bought another major sculpture, by Dame Elisabeth Frink, the haunting bronze 'Walking Madonna'. This sculpture is placed on a gentle rise in the lawns, about 100 metres south of the top garden entrance.
