A rare opportunity has arisen of the lead role within our team of 4 visitor welcome supervisors at Chatsworth.

This is an exciting and diverse role and you will spend a lot of time talking to our visitors as well as supervising our team welcoming visitors to Chatsworth and collecting payment for entrance to the house, gardens, farmyard and car park.

Members of this team are often the first people visitors meet when coming to Chatsworth and they are renowned for their excellent customer service and warm welcome. Your role is to build upon these existing strengths and to support the team in exceeding the already high levels of delivery.

Being responsible for the ticket, guide book and audio tour sales, you will also have a sales focused approach, able to motivate teams in a positive and proactive manner.

You will be fully operational for a large proportion of your time, and the ability to work positively under pressure is essential, as is the ability to organise your time and to work productively as part of a team

An important part of the role is providing first aid for staff and visitors; you should therefore be willing to train in first aid and comfortable dealing with emergencies.  A current first aid certificate or previous experience would be an advantage.
