HR System Administrator
An interesting and varied full time position has arisen for an experienced database administrator to assist in two key areas within the Human Resources function.
The first area is the management of the human resources and payroll database where you will take steps to ensure that you are totally familiar with the database, able to provide a continuous maintenance and improvement process.
Working closely with the HR manager, you will be part of the project team, creating computer based and manual process improvement across the Devonshire Group. Your part in this project will be to support departments, provide training and assist them to get the best value from the database.
You will also produce reports for the Head of Group HR and other senior managers.
Secondly - but not less importantly, you will work alongside our busy HR and Payroll teams, assisting with general HR and administration, including the processing of new starters and related documentation, assisting with general HR processes and helping with social events organized by HR. You will also assist with the processing of payroll on a monthly basis.
A good working knowledge of databases is essential; it would be helpful if this was HR and Payroll related but this is not essential. An HR and/or Payroll background would be beneficial. You should be a competent user of the Microsoft office suite including word, and excel.
