Join us for a family explorer walk around Stand wood, collecting natural materials including twigs, moss, lichen, bark and pebbles. We will then find the perfect spot to make a woodland home for magical moss folk.
The meeting place for this event is Chatsworth Stickyard, which is located in Stand Wood near the farmyard. There is a fairly steep incline to reach the venue. The walk in Stand wood may include inclines and uneven ground. Unfortunately this event is not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. If you have any questions about accessibility please email education@chatsworth.org.
We will be going out whatever the weather so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
