Hendricks Gin cured Scottish loch salmon with pickled fennel, beetroot pearls and a cucumber gel

  • Cucumber, dill & crème fraîche on wholemeal bread
  • Crayfish tails with a citrus cream cheese on a mini seeded cob
  • Coronation chicken with micro herbs on a sun-dried tomato bread
  • Wild mushroom and tarragon choux bun
  • Tomato and olive tart topped with a quail's egg

Freshly baked duo of scones

  • Fruit scone and plain scone
  • Clotted cream and strawberry jam

A selection of cakes and fancies

  • Lemon Italian meringue tart
  • Gold leaf topped macaroon
  • Raspberry & pistachio entremets
  • Mint and dark chocolate torte

Served with a pot of tea for one from our specially selected range of Wedgwood teas.

Treat yourself and add a glass of prosecco for an extra £5 or indulge with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV for an extra £10.
