These tickets are exclusive to children, families, and neurodivergent individuals who may benefit from a calmer experience.
Tickets cannot be refunded. You may amend your booking date and entry time up to 1 hr before your visit for a £5 modification fee via the 'Manage Your Booking' link provided in your booking confirmation.
One car parking space is included per transaction. If you require additional car parking spaces, you must add these to your booking before you check out.
After departure, there is no re-entry to the car park.
These tickets are not valid for minibuses (i.e. vehicles with 10+ seats)
Please ensure you check the opening times of our attractions, shops and restaurants before booking.
If you select the 'with donation' ticket option and you are a UK taxpayer, you can add Gift Aid to your booking at no extra cost.
