  • A guided mindfulness practice connecting with your senses
  • Slow mindful walking to explore different parts of the garden
  • Opportunities for silent contemplation as you sit or stand by the water (you may like to bring a notebook if you wish to journal)

A Celebrating the Cascade event

Our new Celebrating the Cascade wellness sessions have been designed to delight and inspire you. We invite you to enjoy the calm and beauty of nature in the garden and wider landscape. Find balance as you step away from daily routines and pause with us by still and flowing waters. We invite you to open your heart and mind to the environment and connect with our wonderful surroundings.

The Celebrating the Cascade project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery Players, the project is working to restore the Cascade, safeguarding it for the enjoyment of future generations and enabling more people to get involved with Chatsworth.

If you would like to support this project, please make a donation to Chatsworth House Trust here.
