Learn how to create a series of unique prints using the Gel printing technique.
Gel printing is similar to monoprinting but working on a gel plate, using acrylic paint, a roller and a range of materials to create your own artwork. The creative possibilities are endless!
You will explore textures, transfer printing taking text and images from magazines, press objects into the plates and make your own designs through drawing and stencils.
No previous experience is necessary as you will be guided through the whole process and shown a number of different ways to create images within this style.
This session includes tea, coffee and a delicious locally sourced farmshop lunch, along with tickets for the Chatsworth garden.
The session takes place in our garden learning centre, the Old Potting Shed. Please meet at the top garden gates 10 minutes before the session starts. The Old Potting Shed is a step free, accessible venue.

This workshop is run by Paperbased, led by experienced paper artist Kim Bevan. Kim provides workshops for all ages here at Chatsworth and in her own studio.
