Join the floristry team for a half day workshop in which you will create a seasonal flower arrangement using flowers from the Chatsworth Cutting Garden.
About the Workshop
Led by our expert team, you will have the opportunity to select and cut your own flowers from the production garden, before returning to our covered outdoor venue the Stickyard to create a beautiful seasonal arrangement to take home.
Meeting Point
Please meet at the Stickyard promptly at the start of the session - the Stickyard can be located by walking up the hill towards the farmyard and taking the right fork towards the Stand Wood. Please note there is a short steep footpath up to the venue.
Important Information
Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival and your ticket includes entry to the Chatsworth Garden so you can explore at your own pace throughout the day.
We will be outside whatever the weather so please wear appropriate clothing and sensible shoes. We advise wearing long trousers as you will be walking amongst flower beds. Please bring gardening gloves. Unfortunately this event is not suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties due to the number of steps and un-even ground around the production garden.
Accessibility
This even includes spending time in the production garden which involves steps, inclines and cutting flowers from the beds on uneven ground.
If you have questions about accessibility or require an essential carer ticket, please email [email protected]. This workshop requires manual dexterity.
