Event Details
Saturday 18 July
10am - 4pm | Price: £75 per person
A day retreat to immerse yourself in the beauty of summer flowers and the green woods and to create a flower essence to take home, led by herbalist Debbie Lincoln.
About the session
A morning of deep relaxation and gentle movements to enable you connect to the beauty all around you. Together we will step into the woods and gardens with our whole beings and experience the healing power of the plants. In the afternoon we will gather under the shade of mighty trees to dream and journey together with the drum.
During the day we will learn how to make a flower essence using spring water leaves and flowers. Making a flower essence for oneself based on personal relationship with a plant or tree is a very traditional way of harnessing the energy of plants and trees for wellbeing.
Important information
The session includes tea, coffee and a delicious lunch from Chatsworth Farm Shop. This consists of a freshly made sandwich, a traybake, a piece of fruit, crisps and a drink. Tea and coffee is also provided. Please be aware our produce is made in an environment where all allergens are present. Please note any dietary requirements on your booking.
Please ensure you dress appropriately for the weather.
