Enjoy a three course meal using seasonal spring produce, cooked by our Head Chef, Rob Allen. Joining us for the evening will be Stuart Bond, sommelier at the Cavendish Hotel in Baslow and wine writer for Derbyshire Life.

Stuffed roasted bone marrow with Chatsworth brisket, horseradish cream and nasturtium

Main Course
 
60-day dry aged Chatsworth estate steak with café de Paris butter, 15-hour potato, balsamic tomatoes and roasted mushroom, with a choice of peppercorn, Diane and béarnaise sauces
