This June we're collaborating with chef Nathan Wall (Restaurant Fika) to showcase seasonal estate farm shop produce through a six-course tasting menu. The menu will be served with two glasses of wine per person.

Sourdough and cultured butter
Fermented brewery spent grains, cooked in Chatsworth gold and celeriac porridge
Pan fried cod, barbequed cod bone sauce, white asparagus, leek and watercress
Braised and rolled lamb saddle in a sticky onion glaze, artichoke diaphanous, onion puree, torched cabbage, preserved wild garlic capers and a lamb jus
Buttermilk parfait, chocolate namelaka, chocolate crumb and vanilla
Barbecued apricot Bakewell tart, charred yoghurt and Derbyshire parkin
