About Edensor

When the 6th Duke and Joseph Paxton rebuilt Edensor (pronounced 'Enza'), they combined a variety of architectural styles. The result is a picturesque village that is very much at the heart of the Chatsworth community.

At the heart of Edensor village is St Peter's Church, a beautiful venue for church weddings.

The Edensor Tea Cottage is an ideal stop for anyone walking in the park or exploring Edensor.

Opposite Edensor, is the Chatsworth Estate Office and the Chatsworth Health and Fitness Club, which opened its doors on Sunday 12 September 1999, after a generous initial funding by His Grace, the late Duke of Devonshire.
