Changes to Membership Cards
From 31 March 2026, in response to feedback and to reduce charity expenditure and our reliance on single-use plastic, we will only be issuing digital membership cards.
***Info required from friends team to cover:
- how they will be issued - via email, a download?
- can they be added to digital wallet?
- will they renew automatically or will people have to remove and replace on renewal?
- how do people request a physical card if they don't have a suitable mobile device
