Join the Chatsworth Garden team for a fascinating glimpse into the workings of the estate’s production gardens, including the wide variety of plants that are grown to be used ex situ including fruit, veg and flowers.
With a renewed interest in the origins of our food, in organic principles, food miles, heritage varieties, sustainability, in-season cooking and working with the rhythm of nature in our own vegetable gardens, this is a great opportunity to meet the team and discover what they are working on.
This 1.5 hour walking tour of the Chatsworth production garden includes inclines and steps. If you have any questions about accessibility please email education@Chatsworth.org. We will be outside whatever the weather so please dress appropriately and wear sturdy shoes.
Tickets include access to the Chatsworth Gardens and a hot drink voucher for Flora’s café. Please meet at the top garden gates at 10:50am ready for an 11am start.
