The Stables Sessions: Dine & Jazz

Gather friends and family together for a memorable evening of dining and live jazz music at the historic Carriage House.

Start the night with drinks in the Stables Courtyard before taking your seats for dinner and a performance by String Infusion.

Evening timings:

7pm - Arrival drinks in the Stables Courtyard
7.30pm - Take seats for dinner in the Carriage House
7.45pm - Dinner served
11pm - Carriages

Menu

Mains

Ballotine of free-range chicken stuffed with garden herbs and served with new season potatoes, green vegetables and a thyme jus

Herb-crusted loin of cod with new-season potatoes, salsa verde and green vegetables
or
Summer vegetable risotto with baby leeks (VE)

Dessert

White chocolate tart with Pimm's infused fruit compote and a strawberry sorbet (V)

Summer berry Eton mess (V/VE)

A complimentary glass of house wine is included with dinner

Tea and coffee will be served after dinner

This is a provisional menu. The final menu is dependent on the availability of the freshest high quality seasonal produce. 

Parking and Transport

Tickets include car parking for one vehicle. You cannot park overnight at Chatsworth. 

If you plan to travel by taxi, you should book your return trip in advance. There is no taxi rank at Chatsworth, and the mobile phone signal can be patchy. 

We recommend having access to a torch and bringing something warm to wear while you wait. It can become chilly after the sun goes down. 

Accessibility

The Carriage House is a step-free, accessible venue with accessible toilets. The Stables courtyard is cobbled in most areas.
