£180 per person 

The evening begins with fizz and canapés in the Painted Hall, followed by a self-guided tour to see the North Wing of the house decorated for Christmas, a four-course dinner with wine and live entertainment. Carriages at 12.30am.

The dress code is black tie and evening dress.

Starter

Seasonal root vegetable soup with a root vegetable tuille (VE)
Derbyshire ham hock terrine with a rarebit bonbon and piccalilli
Orchard pear, stilton and watercress with a house dressing (V)

Intermediate

Champagne and elderflower sorbet

Main 

Slow cooked Derbyshire beef daube on a bed of thyme mashed potato, seasonal greens, red wine jus and a Bourguignon garnish
Ballontine of chicken stuffed with Hartington blue cheese served with a potato fondant , seasonal greens and a cream sauce
Mushroom and spinach gnocchi with a truffle cream sauce (VE)

Dessert

Pressed chocolate & cherry cake with vanilla cream
Winter berry Eton mess

Please note; there is a short walk between the House and Stables so please ensure you have a warm coat and suitable footwear given the time of year.
