Chatsworth Friends and Patrons benefit from 10% off tickets

The evening begins with drinks and canapés in the Painted Hall, followed by a self-guided tour to see the North Wing of the house decorated for Christmas, a dinner and live entertainment.

The dress code is black tie and evening dress.

Starter

Roulade of Scottish salmon with pickled cucumber a lemon crème fraiche and salmon roe

Beetroot carpaccio with a whipped goat's cheese and candied walnut crumb (V)

Wild mushroom and truffle velouté with a crispy sage garnish (VE)

Main course 

Estate reared beef wellington with a potato fondant, confit carrot, crispy kale, celeriac puree and a red wine jus (V)

Yorkshire brie and wild mushroom pithivier with a potato fondant, confit carrot, crispy kale, celeriac puree and a red wine jus (V)

Slow roasted winter squash with a curried lentil dhal and pickled red onions (VE)

Dessert

Creme brulee tart infused with vanilla and served with a cherry ripple ice cream and topped with a white chocolate crumb (V)

Chocolate and cherry tart with kirsch soaked cherries and a cherry sorbet (VE / GF)

Important Information

Please note; there is a short walk between the House and Stables so please ensure you have a warm coat and suitable footwear given the time of year.

There will be accessibility buggies operating between the House and the Carriage House.
