The evening begins with fizz and canapés in the Painted Hall, followed by a self-guided tour to see the North Wing of the house decorated for Christmas, a dinner with wine and live entertainment. Carriages at 12am.

The dress code is black tie and evening dress.

Starter

Carpaccio of estate beef with soused capers and a rocket and parmesan salad

Lightly crumbed Yorkshire brie with a cranberry coulis and roasted pistachio (V)

Main 

Daube of Estate beef served with celeriac puree, dauphinoise potatoes, confit carrot and a panache of seasonal greens

A galette of winter root vegetables in a slow roasted vine tomato sauce served with dauphinoise potatoes and a panache of seasonal vegetables (V)

Dessert

Apple and winter berry financier served with honey cream and blueberry curd

Important Information

Please note; there is a short walk between the House and Stables so please ensure you have a warm coat and suitable footwear given the time of year.

There will be accessibility buggies operating between the House and the Carriage House.
