Join us for a celebration of all things Regency in the grounds of 'Pemberley' (aka Mr Darcy's House), as immortalised on screen in the 2005 film adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen.

We will be hosting a variety of Regency-inspired events as listed below, and for literature lovers, our 2026 exhibition House of Stories: Tales From the Chatsworth Library will be displaying rare works from the collection throughout the house, including the first edition of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. The Queen's Reading Room Festival will return this September with a range of author talks, Q&A's and book signings.
