How to book your group visit
Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to help you organise and plan your day. We are always happy to answer any of your questions and to discuss your visit in detail.

Call the booking office on +44 (0)1246 565430 (option 2) to make a provisional booking.

Complete and return the Group Booking Form by email to [email protected] or by post to the following address: Bookings Team, Chatsworth, Bakewell DE45 1PP

Upon receipt of your booking form, arrangements will be made for your group and a letter of confirmation will be sent to you.

Payment details can be found on the booking form.
For more information, please contact the bookings team on 01246 565 430 (option 2) or email [email protected]. The bookings office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.00pm.
All groups must pre-book with timed entry.
Terms and conditions
All group visits to Chatsworth must be pre-booked in advance. The minimum group size is 15 and 20 during Christmas.
Preferential group visit rates are for booked groups of 15 or more visiting the house after 12pm.
Hudson’s Heritage Explorer Passes cannot be used on group bookings.
If necessary, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. If alternative dates cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued for the amount paid at the time of the cancellation. No compensation will be awarded.
