From early November (7 Nov - 3 Jan), Chatsworth is decorated for Christmas with a different theme chosen each year. We also host a Christmas market (7 Nov - 13 Dec) offering the chance to buy gifts, decorations and seasonal food and drink from local makers and suppliers.
All group bookings include a visit to the house (at a fixed timeslot) and entry to the garden, farmyard and adventure playground. There is an illuminated light trail in the garden from dusk.
Group Christmas pricing
Reduced price tickets at £26.18 per person are available for groups visiting between 9-12 November 2026.
Christmas tickets for visits from 13 November onwards are £36.36 per person.
- We do not accept any coaches on a grounds-only basis at Christmas.
- Our minimum group size is 20.
- A deposit of £260 is required to secure a group booking, payable by the end of June 2026.
