Due to repairs to cattle grids by Derbyshire County Council, there will be no access to Chatsworth for vehicles wider than 2.4m and/or longer than 6m along the B6012 from 17 to 28 June 2019. This also applies to vehicles towing caravans, trailers, etc if the total length (vehicle + caravan/trailer) is 6m or more.
Access to Chatsworth for restricted vehicles will be via Golden Gates entrance off A619 in Baslow. A diversion is in place for restricted vehicles arriving or leaving south bound. Vehicles approaching from the south should use the A6 and A619 via Bakewell. Access to Chatsworth for all other vehicles will be via the normal entrance off the B6012.
