News regarding your visit on Sunday 5 January 2025
Due to the Amber weather warning for snow for Sunday 5 January 2025 issued by the Met Office, we have taken the decision to delay the opening of the House and Farmyard and Playground until 12pm.
In addition, the Garden will open at 1pm and will be limited to the Christmas light route only.
This action has been taken to ensure that our team has sufficient time to clear any snow and make our carparks as safe as possible.
Please read the information below which provides instructions/options regarding your ticket:
Visiting on Sunday:
- If you have a booking for with an entry time for the house between 10-12pm and still wish to visit, we will accommodate you as soon after 12pm as possible. Please make your way to the house entrance on arrival.
- If you have a booking with an entry time for the house after 12pm and still wish to visit, please arrive as planned.
- You do not need to take any action, just present your QR code at the entrance when you arrive.
Option to reschedule:
- You can move your tickets to Saturday 4 January using our Manage My Booking facility, please note there is a £5 charge for this service.
- Please note that the bookings team cannot move, or re-book visits, this must be done online.
Option to cancel:
- If you no longer wish to visit, you can obtain a full refund by forwarding your original booking confirmation email to [email protected] and we will process a refund within 10 working days, you do not need to call us.
- Please note that if you visit Chatsworth and have your ticket scanned, you will not be entitled to a refund.
