How to book your group visit
Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to help you organise and plan your day. We are always happy to answer any of your questions and to discuss your visit in detail.
Call the booking office on +44 (0)1246 565430 to make a provisional booking.
Complete and return the Group Booking Form, along with your catering cheque deposit if applicable, by email to email@example.com or by post to the following address: Bookings Team, Chatsworth, Bakewell DE45 1PP
Upon receipt of your booking form, arrangements will be made for your group and a letter of confirmation will be sent to you.
Payment in full must be made prior to your visit. Payment details can be found in the confirmation letter.

All groups in 2021 must pre-book with timed entry and pre-pay.
Terms and conditions
All group visits to Chatsworth must be pre-booked in advance. The minimum group size is 15.
Hudson’s Heritage Explorer Passes cannot be used on group bookings.
We are unable to offer guided or multimedia tours this year.
All group dining options are subject to availability. A private room for catering can be arranged for groups of 20 people or more, each room booked can accommodate a maximum of 56 people. We also offer meal vouchers for use in the Carriage House Café.
If you have booked catering as part of your visit, a non-refundable cheque deposit of £100 is required, made payable to ‘Chatsworth Estate Trading Limited’ to be returned with your booking form in order to secure the reservation.
Final numbers and dietary requirements will need to be taken two weeks in advance and this will be the number charged for.
In the instance of arriving an hour or more late or not arriving at all, you will be charged the full amount for the option booked. If a delay is anticipated, please contact the switchboard on +44 (0)1246 565300.
Christmas and Christmas market
Christmas bookings are available from late spring 2021 and you will need to book a timeslot. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
The Chatsworth Christmas market runs from 6-24 November 2021. Visits must include house and garden admission for 20+ visitors.
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required for all weekend and Christmas market bookings.
Each time slot allocated at Christmas can accommodate a maximum of 25 passengers.

The management reserves the right to alter admission prices without prior notice. Chatsworth House Trust reserves the right to alter dates, times of opening, pricing and services offered.
