Guidance on applying for a trade stand

Please read all the information carefully and ensure that you download all the relevant forms.  

There are three trade stand booking forms to choose from:

• General trade stand form – this is for a stand in the main showground and shopping village
• Charity stand form - this is for a charity requiring a stand in the main showground and shopping village
• Fine Food Village trade stand form – this is for a stand within the Fine Food Village
• Anglers’ Village trade stand form – this is for a stand within the Anglers’ Village

Application forms are fillable PDFs that can be completed electronically. Please remember to click 'save' when you finish and send them with relevant supporting documentation as email attachments.
