Our family festival in the garden offers a range of entertainment and activities designed to entertain every family member.

The festival welcomes everyone aged 1 to 101...because who says the wonder of being a child should have an age limit?

The Big Tree Climb: Family Festival Edition

Saturday 23 May to Monday 25 May

Discover a bird's eye view by taking part in The Big Tree Climb, which for the first time coincides with the Chatsworth Family Festival.

Under expert guidance, learn how to climb one of the tallest trees in Stand Wood. The climb is open to participants aged 6+years, and tickets include house, garden & farmyard admission (plus family festival entry). 

We are also offering quieter, supportive experiences with only four participants per session with The Big Tree Climb - Relaxed Session.

Admission to the house and garden is included with Patrons and Friends membership. Simply book a ticket using your membership number and registered email address. You can also purchase guest tickets at 10% off.
