A half-day, morning or afternoon beginners workshop where you'll be guided by artist Linzi Pattison to create your very own festive ornament using needle felting techniques.
About the session
Add a handmade touch to your Christmas tree this year. Join us for a creative workshop where you’ll make your very own needle felted Christmas bauble using soft merino wool, sparkling beads and festive ribbon.
With the help of special felting needles and expert guidance, you’ll shape and decorate a unique bauble ready for the festive season.
Includes access to the house, garden, and Christmas market
Tickets include complimentary parking for one vehicle, along with entry to Chatsworth House and Garden on the day of your workshop.
The workshop takes place during the Christmas market, to which entry is free.
You may enter the house and garden at any time - a booked time slot is not required - however please check opening and last entry times to ensure you leave enough time to enjoy your visit.

Meeting point
Please meet at the top garden gate at 9.20am. Latecomers may not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee and a farm shop mince pie are included in the workshop.

Important Information
Christmas is the busiest time of the year at Chatsworth, and our parking arrangements will be different to those you are used to.
On arrival, you may be directed to park on the trackway in the parkland where our tractor and trailer shuttle bus can take you to and from the main house car park. Please, therefore, leave plenty of time to travel to your destination.

About the Artist
Linzi Pattison is an artist and teacher, teaching both in schools and her own studio for over 20 years. From a young age Linzi always had a love of art, specialising in felting, painting animals, printmaking, embroidery, stained glass and ceramics. About her own practice, Linzi says her “aim is to pass on knowledge to inspire others to enjoy being creative for personal well-being.”
