Chatsworth House Trust's 2025 Annual Review provides an overview of the charity's activities, reach, and positive impact.
Highlights include the Kids in Museums Takeover, which saw 99 school pupils take over Chatsworth for the day, new initiatives embedding access and inclusion in Chatsworth's learning and public programme, such as British Sign Language house tours, and an insight into the activities of our volunteers, who collectively contributed more than 42,000 hours of their time to helping the charity care for the heritage and landscape in its care.
Also featured is the £1.8 million restoration of the Stables Clocktower, funded by income from ticket sales, Gift Aid, and Friends and Patrons memberships; how The Gorgeous Nothings: Flowers at Chatsworth exhibition inspired the next generation of designers and a focus on new events – Celebrating Jane Austen and The Queen’s Reading Room Festival - capturing Chatsworth’s relevance to lovers of both classic and contemporary literature.
