With so many things to do for kids young and old, Chatsworth Farmyard and Adventure Playground makes for a fun day out for all the family.

In the farmyard, you'll meet our friendly animals, from piglets and horses to our mischievous lambs, goats and guinea pigs. We're also delighted to be home to several rare breeds, including Suffolk Punch horses, Albion cattle, Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, Golden Guernsey goats and marsh daisy chickens.

Take a ride on our tractor-trailer through Stand Wood (a small fee applies), everyone is welcome.

From the farmyard, take the secret tunnel to the children's playground to climb our woodland towers, and tackle our zip line and racing slides. Fetch water from the stream using the Archimedes screw, and enjoy the huge sand play area (remember to pack wellies and waterproofs!)
