In the portal you will be able to see your membership details, and details of any bookings you have made. You will also be able to manage your saved payment card details.

Logging in to the Friends portal

  1. The membership portal can be accessed here, from a link in the Friends Hub or from any booking confirmation email.
  2. To login, please enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Keep an eye on your emails, as you will then receive an email with a 6 digit access code.
  4. Enter the 6 digit access code to log in to the membership portal.

Booking tickets

To book member tickets and guest tickets

  1. Visit the book tickets page.
  2. Select the ticket type(s) appropriate for your intended visit, for yourself and any guests you are bringing.
  3. Select the date you would like to visit (and entry time if you are visiting the house).
  4. Enter your membership number or email address and press apply – this will adjust the prices in accordance with your membership.
  5. Complete the booking and check out.
  6. Your booking will become visible in your membership portal, and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you are booking tickets for events, once you enter your membership number, your membership discount will be automatically applied.

Please note that you will need to present your membership card on arrival with your bookings QR code.
