Manual Wheelchair and Electric Scooter hire

Event Mobility is delighted to be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for use by disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors at the show.

To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair you can book online here, print out an advance booking form from the website or contact the office on 01386 725391 to request a form to be posted to you. The charity asks £35 for an electric scooter and £15 for a manual wheelchair.

Online bookings must be made 2 days before the event. Bookings cannot be taken during the event, however if there is spare equipment available on the day then it will be offered on a first come, first served basis only.

If you have booked accessibility items it is essential you enter through the Golden Gates entrance shown on your ticket.

Car park

There are a limited number of Blue Badge car parking spaces at the front of each car park, however the car park accessed via the Golden Gates entrance has the largest number these spaces, and is closest to the showground. We therefore recommend that Blue Badge holders enter via the Golden Gates. Please speak to the gate staff on arrival.

There are a number of accessible toilets around the showground as well as a Mobiloo. A Mobiloo is an attended mobile toilet service with hoist and changing bench. Find out more at

Please see the showground map for accessible toilet locations.

Carers are eligible for free entry if supporting a disabled visitor with a ticket.
