About Christmas at Chatsworth

Christmas is one of the most popular times of year at Chatsworth. As a Friend, you receive complimentary tickets to our Christmas at Chatsworth experience and can also purchase guest tickets at 10% off. 

As the event is so popular, we highly recommend that you pre-book your Friends tickets online as soon as possible to secure the preferred date and time for your visit.

Please note that you must have a valid Friends membership at the time of your visit.

Pre-booking is essential at Christmas for every visit.

Chatsworth at Christmas tickets include:

• entry to the decorated house
• entry to the garden, including the garden light trail
• entry to the farmyard and adventure playground
• free parking for one car or motorcycle per transaction

Booking Christmas

All visits over Christmas must be booked in advance. 

To book a Friends Christmas at Chatsworth ticket, or Friends Christmas in the Garden ticket (available later in 2026), please use the general book Christmas tickets link below. You should also use this link if you want to book guest tickets.

Please only book Christmas tickets if you intend to use them.  If your plans change, and you can no longer attend on the date or time you have booked, simply email us at [email protected], and we'll release the tickets for other Friends to use. 

Christmas in the Farmyard

To visit the farmyard during Christmas (7 November - 3 January) pre-book your car parking and present your Friends membership at the Farmyard kiosk for free entry.

A limited supply of farmyard and adventure playground tickets will be on sale at the gate over the Christmas period. These are only available to pre-booked Christmas in the Garden, and Christmas Market parking ticketholders, or those arriving at Chatsworth by bus, bike, or on foot.

Friends-only Christmas house entry times

For 2026, we are offering several house entry times for our Christmas at Chatsworth experience that are exclusive to Friends.

You are still welcome to book a visit on any date or time where there is availability; however, these dedicated Friends sessions have a lower capacity and so will be quieter than some other timeslots. They are among the most popular times of day to visit and are available on a first come, first served basis, so we expect them to be booked up quickly. 

The Friends-only sessions will be at 4.45pm and 5.00pm on the following dates:

17 December*

*Please note that the Christmas market will not be running on 16 & 17 December; the market ends on 13 December.

Booking a Friends-Only Christmas Entry Time

The Friends-only Christmas at Chatsworth slots cannot be booked using the usual Book Christmas tickets link. Due to the exclusive nature of these sessions, guest tickets are not available.

If you wish to visit with guests, please book using the normal process (this can be done via the 'Book Christmas' button).
