Autumn paper garlands with Paperbased
Friday 3 November
10.30am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 3pm
£7 per child | £2.50 per adult
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Max 1 adult per child.
Using special paper folding and cutting techniques as well as a range of materials to make leaves, pumpkins and bats, children will create an autumn mobile or garland to take home.
Suitable for children ages 4+. Children must be able to use scissors and glue. Processes may require adult assistance.
Sessions will take place in the Old Potting Shed in the garden. Please park in the main car park - parking is included with your ticket - before meeting a member of the learning team at the top garden entrance next to the Stables 5 minutes before the session starts. Please have your booking confirmation ready.
This event doesn't include access to the garden. To make a day of it, you can book to visit the house, garden and farmyard on the same day.
Please email [email protected] if you have any questions about accessibility or individual needs.
About Paperbased
This workshop is led by Paperbased, our experienced paper artist Kim Bevan. She provides workshops for all ages here at Chatsworth and at her studio. In her own practice she makes artist books that explore 3D sculptural folding techniques and creates artwork using paper cutting and printmaking processes.
