All children must be accompanied by an adult. Max 1 adult per child.
Join us in the autumn to explore Stand wood, discovering ancient trees and having a go at listening to them with stethoscopes. Children will also look for different types of fungi, learn more about lichen and mosses, and keep their eyes and ears peeled for woodland birds.
The meeting place for this event is Chatsworth Stickyard, which is located in Stand Wood near the farmyard. There is a fairly steep incline to reach the venue – please contact education@chatsworth.org if you have any questions regarding accessibility.

A fortnightly gardening club for pre-school aged children. Explore the garden, make friends and learn new skills while making, growing and having fun.

Seedlings gardening club (ages 4-7)
An after-school gardening club where children will learn how to grow different flowers, fruits and vegetables, and discover the abundance of wildlife at Chatsworth.

Half-term Halloween fun
Enjoy autumnal fun and Halloween horrors in the farmyard this half-term holiday, from pumpkin picking to creepy crafts.

Storytime with Father Christmas
Saturdays & Sundays, 2-23 December
Enjoy a magical family visit to listen to Father Christmas. Includes entry to the farmyard and playground.
