Have you ever wondered how Christmas at Chatsworth comes to life? Join us for a fascinating behind-the-scenes talk with the Creative Director of Christmas at Chatsworth.
About the session
Susie Stokoe will reveal how Chatsworth’s spectacular festive experience is designed and delivered. Susie will discuss the collaborative process of working with artists, designers, makers and lighting specialists to transform Chatsworth House into a Christmas destination every year.
What is included?
Tickets include complimentary parking for one vehicle, along with entry to Chatsworth House and Garden on the day of your workshop.
The talk takes place during the Christmas market, to which entry is free.
You may enter the house and garden at any time after the workshop - a booked time slot is not required. Please check house and garden opening and last entry times, and ensure you leave enough time to fully enjoy your visit. View opening times.
Meeting point and refreshments
Please meet at the top garden gates at 2.20pm. A map will be included in your confirmation email. Latecomers may not be admitted, and refunds will not be given.
Tea, coffee and a farm shop mince pie are included.
Please show your booking QR code on arrival at the car park, and at the house and garden entrances. Please allow plenty of time to travel to Chatsworth. Read our important information section below before you travel.

Important Information
Christmas is the busiest time of the year at Chatsworth, and our parking arrangements will be different to those you are used to. On arrival, you may be directed to park on the trackway in the parkland where our tractor and trailer shuttle bus can take you to and from the main house car park. Please, therefore, leave plenty of time to travel to your destination, wear appropriate clothing, and have access to a torch.
